Returns & Exchanges

At Lady Amarella, every creation is the result of intentional design, artisanal craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail.

We want every client to experience the same confidence and joy wearing a Lady Amarella piece as we do in creating it.

If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, our return process is designed to be as seamless, graceful, and thoughtful as the garments themselves.


The Period of Assurance

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To qualify, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The piece must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
  • The item must include its original tags, packaging, garment bag or box, and certificate of authenticity.
  • Items must be returned in the same pristine condition in which they were received.

Please note that returns received outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.


Refinements & Adjustments

We understand that perfection lies in the details.

We are pleased to offer exchanges for an alternative size or style, depending on availability.

Our Client Care Specialists will guide you personally through this process to ensure the most flattering fit and ideal selection.

Should the desired item be unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or a refund to your original payment method.


The Custom Atelier

Pieces crafted through our Atelier Privato or Made-to-Measure Service are final sale.

These bespoke creations are designed and tailored exclusively for you — with fabrics, measurements, and finishes selected to your preference — and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.


Our Promise of Care

Upon receipt of your return, each item will be carefully inspected by our quality assurance team. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If a return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may not be able to process a refund and will notify you accordingly.


Return Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary return shipping and exchanges within the United States.

To initiate your return, please contact our Client Care Team to receive a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

For our international clients:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lady Amarella cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees on international orders are non-refundable.


Our Assurance to You

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will promptly arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, and all related shipping costs will be covered by Lady Amarella.

Each situation will be handled with care, ensuring you receive the exceptional service that defines our Maison.


Gifts & Promotional Purchases

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, with the price difference covered by the client.

Refunds for gift orders will only be issued to the original purchaser.

Please note that sale, promotional, or limited-edition items may be final sale, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
